Cancellation

We accept order cancellations as long as the product has not been shipped. If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund. However, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

At Newminatis, we provide FREE RETURNS on our products, granting customers a 7-day window after product delivery to initiate a return. To qualify, items must remain unused and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase necessary to facilitate the return process.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives and is inspected by our team, Newminatis will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt and informing you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the funds will be credited to your initial payment method within a few business days.
